Class Series: BBQ 101 – Simply Flavorful

This class offers the basics on making any of your meats taste extraordinary before you even touch them with heat.
Let the culinary experiences of Clover’s Owner, Scott McCandless, take your BBQ skills to the next level. From making the juiciest chicken you’ve ever tried to the most flavorful bark on a piece of beef. Transform your backyard into an oasis which makes your neighbors green with envy not just over your grass, but the incredible smells emitting from your masterful work applying Scott’s simple techniques.
Close your eyes and picture it as you wash it all down with some tasty beer.
We also will have you taste everything, so you can fully appreciate the experience. We discuss the ingredients and easy ways to use what you already have available to you. All recipes are shared and nothing is left to guess-work after you spend a night learning some basics.
Maryhill Winery‘s red and white blends created for Clover is offered as well as some appetizers. There’s also a delicious cheese spread that you simply must try, made with Mama Lil’s Peppers. This is one great way to kick off your summer good times. Bring a friend or a spouse or even better – CELEBRATE YOUR DAD!
