We also will have you taste everything we have discussed with you, so you can fully appreciate the differences in techniques. We discuss the favorite ingredients used and the easy ways to use what you already have available to you. All recipes are shared, and nothing is left to guess-work after you spend a couple hours combing through simple techniques to prepare your favorite meats.
