Class Series: BBQ Sauces, Rubs, Brines

Come join us!

Scott McCandless and Clover Chef, Travis Dickinson partner together to bring you the pit-master’s secrets for great barbecue: brines to ensure moistness, rubs for flavor, and knockout sauces for that finishing touch. We’ll be barbecuing tasty sample of local Snake River and Hangman Valley pork chops, chicken and ribs during the class! You’ll learn how to choose the freshest, healthiest ingredients and practice simple, easy-to-learn techniques that you can apply at home!

Of course while we are creating together, we will enjoy light appetizers (our awesome warm buttered soft pretzels & sharp cheddar cheese sauce), beer and wine ~ Always a necessity when cooking!

And as a bonus, you’ll leave with a gift bag filled with a few samples of the rubs and sauces we prepared to get you started!
