Salad Dressing 101

May 20, 2015 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Salad Dressing 101 with Salad Dressing Master Scott McCandless

Quotes from previous attendees:

“Thanks for the awesome salad dressing class. It was wonderful and I learned a lot!”

“Absolutely loved the class! Lots of fun. The food and wine were an excellent and great to enjoy while taking the class.”

“I loved it! Thank you so much. Great tips and tricks. I learned more than I expected!”

“Your presentation was enjoyable and informative. Thank you for teaching me another step towards living a healthier lifestyle. The samples were delicious and the goodie bags to bring home and enjoy were greatly appreciated. I been sharing the information you presented with all of my co-workers and family. We’re interested in attending your next cooking class!”

We aim to instill confidence, (with a bit of playfulness of course!) in each of our classes. We make our food and drinks approachable and uncomplicated so that anyone can do it and everyone can enjoy it!

When you leave Salad Dressing 101 we hope the next time you’re at the grocery you’ll blow right past that salad dressing isle with a smile on your face and a twinkle in your eye knowing you can do better!

Learn about the differences in Olive Oil’s, the basic formula behind vinaigrette’s, and unique low-fat ways to create creamy dressings including a “knock your socks” off Caesar. You’ll leave with a few samples of your favorite concoctions as well as a small gift of our favorite Olive Oil made by the Scaibica family. Class will be approximately 2 hours.

Wine, bread will of course be in abundance… always a necessity when one is cooking!

Space is limited, reserve your spot today! RSVP with Aimee Hurst by email or phone (509) 623-7177.
